Our return policy is both fast and easy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Below, you’ll find the information you need to complete a successful return of your purchase.

 

EASY RETURN

Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery; all defective merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchanged, and shipping will be covered by Air Chaser. We will also accept returns and exchanges on non-defective merchandise (excluding Parts, Filter Replacements & Scented Refills ) within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to Air Chaser for a full refund within 30 days from the day of delivery.
  • Freight charges are not refundable.
  • We will process a refund after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing may take 3 to 5 business days.
  • Restocking fee will be applied if returned item is without its packaging or in a damaged box, is missing items or is in unsatisfactory condition. Air Chaser retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a 15% restocking fee of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing accessories or parts, whichever is higher.
  • Parts, Air Scrubber Filter Replacements & Scented Bead Refills are non-refundable or exchange. For any questions please contact our customer services.

FREE PRODUCT or FREE GIFT RETURN POLICY

A refund will be issued on a return that included free product(s) or free gift(s) providing the return is within 30 days of original purchase date. The account will be charged for the retail value of the free product or free gift if the original purchase is returned without the free product(s) or free gift(s). General return policies and inspections still apply.

 

WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

Wholesale Packs, Combo Packages, and Bulk Buys gives huge savings up to 40% off MSRP. We offer wholesale buying opportunities to help our customers save time and help their business make more profits. Air Chaser selects the highest quality products for our customers and stands behind the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made within 30 days, we will give you a refund or exchange within the guidelines below.

 

RETURN

    • Defective items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged and shipping will be covered by Air Chaser (only to Continental United States)
    • Parts, Filter Replacements & Scented Refills are not refundable and exchangeable. For any questions please contact our customer services.
    • All Wholesale purchases are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • All merchandise must be returned unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
    • We do not accept returns for Wholesale Packs, Combo Packages, and Bulk Buys used items.
    • Air Chaser does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

 

   CANCELLATION

  • Orders that are marked at shipped cannot be canceled.

 

   UNDELIVERABLE & REFUSED SHIPMENT

  • Air Chaser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable shipped orders due to incorrect shipment information.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee to all undeliverable and refused shipments.
  • All of our items are offered with Free Standard Ground Shipping one way. Shipping and handling charges will apply on any re-shipments due to refused or undeliverable orders caused by incorrect shipping information.
  • Please be aware that any expedite shipment costs are non-refundable.
  • An adult signature will be required at the time of delivery of all orders $500 or more. Air Chaser is not responsible for undeliverable and refused shipment.
  • If you authorize delivery signature to be released (please notify us while placing the order), Air Chaser is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipment without signature requirement.

REFURBISHED RETURN POLICY

Refurbished items are a great way for customers to purchase equipment certified by our Factory Authorized technician at a great discount. We offer refurbished items to help our customers get even more value out of their equipment budget.

 

ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED ON REFURBISHED ITEMS?

    • Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee does not cover purchases of refurbished products. We do not accept returns on refurbished items.
    • If you receive a refurbished product that is defective, the defective item is eligible for an exchange. The exchange must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

You can initiate a return for most of new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You must return items in their original conditions (not altered or damaged) with all original materials included with the shipment. We inspect all returned items before issue a refund.
